We're finalizing the full, detailed version of these terms. In short: Findparlour connects clients with independent salons. Bookings are requests a salon can accept or decline; payment happens directly at the salon, not through us. Salon owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, and clients are expected to honour the appointments they book.
